On June 4, 2008, six St. Ursula Academy athletes signed a national letter of intent. The event was held at St. Ursula; students, coaches and parents invited to celebrate the athletes' achievements.

Lacrosse – Lauren Cassavar, Adrian College
Lacrosse – Elizabeth Szymanski, Adrian College
Volleyball – Brooke Beavers, Denison University
Swimming – Gabrielle Roberts, Ashland University
All athletes planning to try out for any athletic team during the 2008-2009 school year must have a physical form on file with the Athletic Department prior to participation. The new four-page Ohio High School Athletic Association physical form will be the only physical form accepted for SUA for athletes participating throughout the school year. This form was recently updated to provide each student-athlete with the most complete evaluation.
